EQUIPMENT

It is important not to become obsessed with equipment; the key to archery is still shooting technique, even in the 21st century.  On the other hand, whether you shoot to become a World Champion, or just for fun in your back garden, you are unlikely to get what you want from your archery unless you have the appropriate equipment, and the basic knowledge to set it up and use it properly.  In this section, I deal with some of the key pieces of equipment, particularly ones where I believe that there is a lack of information, or more usually, a mass of contradictory and confusing information that I can help to clarify from my own personal experience.

And, as always, just about everything here is taken from my personal experience, or if not, I clearly say where it does come from.  This way, you can make your own mind up whether you want to accept my advice, modify it to your own needs and circumstances or simply ignore it......
